Tjhis organically farmed dry lambrusco from Emila-Romagna region of Italy offers  ripe red berries and dark berries on the nose and the palate, similar to that of California Pinot Noir, yet offers the fun effervescence without adding sweetness to the palate.  Perfect with charcuterie, risotta and pizza.
